Welcome to Belantti Group Ltd — trading as Belantti, SERRATED, NOVAÉ and selected partner brands. These Mobile Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply when you shop with us through a mobile device, app, or third-party marketplace (e.g. Shopify, TikTok Shop, Instagram, eBay).
1. Your Agreement
By browsing or purchasing via your mobile device, you agree to these Terms, our full Terms & Conditions, and Privacy Policy. Please read them carefully before checkout.
2. Product Accuracy
- We aim to display all product details, prices, and images accurately on mobile devices.
- Minor variations may occur due to device display differences or screen size.
- All cosmetics meet UK Cosmetic Product Safety Report (CPSR) and SCPN standards.
3. Orders & Payment
- Your order becomes binding once we send confirmation by email or within the app.
- Prices are in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
- Payments are processed securely via Shopify Payments, PayPal, Klarna, Clearpay, or similar gateways.
4. Delivery & Tracking
- Estimated delivery times are shown during checkout.
- Tracking links will be provided via email or mobile notification where available.
- Risk passes to you once the order is delivered to your stated address.
5. Cancellations & Returns
- You may cancel within 14 days under UK consumer law (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013).
- Items must be unused, sealed, and in original condition.
- Opened beauty or grooming products cannot be returned unless faulty.

6. Third-Party Sellers & Marketplaces
We also retail approved partner brands. Product details and claims for third-party items are provided by their original manufacturer. Belantti Group Ltd acts as a retailer and is not liable for manufacturer representations or outcomes. We will assist with any brand-related issue in accordance with UK law.
7. Mobile Messaging & Notifications
- By subscribing to updates, you consent to receive order confirmations, delivery alerts, and promotional messages.
- You can opt out at any time by following the unsubscribe link or replying STOP.
- Standard message and data rates may apply.
8. Liability
- We are not liable for delays, technical issues, or data charges related to mobile access.
- Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the affected order.
- Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence.
9. Updates to These Terms
We may amend these Mobile Terms to reflect platform or legal changes. The most recent version will always appear on this page and take effect immediately.
