Belantti Group and its sub-brands SERRATED (men’s grooming) and NOVAÉ (Gen Z beauty) (“we”, “us”, “our”) provide cosmetic products, grooming tools, and related accessories. Please read this statement carefully before use.

1) General Information Only (No Medical Advice)

  • Our products, website, social content, AR/virtual try-ons, and customer support provide general information only.
  • Nothing we publish is medical advice. For medical concerns (including skin conditions, allergies, pregnancy/breastfeeding), consult a qualified healthcare professional.

2) Patch Test & Sensitivities

  • Perform a patch test 24–48 hours before first use of any cosmetic, serum, oil, or fragrance.
  • Discontinue use immediately if irritation occurs and seek medical advice if symptoms persist.
  • Sensitivity varies by person; we cannot guarantee how any product will interact with your skin.

3) Ingredients & Allergens (INCI)

  • Ingredients are listed using INCI nomenclature on product packaging/listings.

4) Safe Use of Grooming Tools & Sharps

  • Keep all tools (e.g., scissors, razors, derma rollers, trimmers, tweezers) out of reach of children.

  • Replace dull or damaged tools promptly; do not use on broken or inflamed skin.

5) Derma Rollers / Microneedling Tools

  • Consumer-grade derma rollers are for cosmetic use only, not medical procedures.
  • Do not exceed recommended needle lengths for at-home use.
  • Clean and disinfect according to instructions. Stop use if irritation, bleeding, or infection risk is present.

6) Professional/Barber-Use Products

  • Items labelled “professional use” are intended for trained users only. Follow all professional hygiene and safety standards.
  • You are responsible for ensuring you are competent to use the product.

7) Electrical/Rechargeable Items (if applicable)

  • Use only the supplied/compatible chargers. Keep dry. Do not open, modify, or use if damaged.
  • Stop using immediately if you detect overheating, swelling, or unusual odours/noise.

8) Virtual Try-On, AR & Future Features

  • Virtual try-on/AR results are approximate visuals for inspiration only, not a guarantee of outcome.
  • If we process images/biometrics/voice for these features, we will request explicit consent and handle data per our Privacy Policy.

9) Individual Results May Vary

Results depend on skin type, hair type, technique, frequency of use, and other factors outside our control. We do not promise specific outcomes in a given timeframe.

10) Product Imagery & Colour Accuracy

We try to show colours and finishes accurately, but actual appearance can vary by lighting, batch, and screen settings.

11) User-Generated Content (UGC) & Third-Party Links

Reviews, tutorials, influencer content, and third-party sites are outside our control. Follow official instructions, not unofficial hacks.

12) Storage & Expiry
