These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, online store, and services operated by Belantti Group and its sub-brands SERRATED and NOVAÉ. By using our site or purchasing products, you agree to these Terms.

2) Eligibility & Accounts
- You must be 18+ to place orders. Ages 13–17 may use our services with guardian permission.
- Keep your account details secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
- We may suspend or close accounts for misuse or breach of these Terms.
3) Products & Information
- We aim for accuracy in descriptions, images, and pricing. Minor variations may occur.
- All cosmetics comply with UK cosmetic safety regulations (CPSR, SCPN).
- Always read labels and follow usage instructions.
4) Orders & Contract
- Your order is an offer to buy; we accept when we email an order confirmation.
- If we cannot accept an order (out of stock, error, suspected fraud), we cancel and refund.
- Please ensure your details are correct before checkout.
5) Pricing & Payment
- Prices are in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges apply.
- We may update prices before order acceptance.
- Payments are processed securely via Shopify Payments, PayPal, etc. We don’t store full card details.
6) Delivery
- Delivery options, costs and timeframes are shown at checkout and in our Shipping Policy.
- Timescales are estimates unless stated otherwise. We are not liable for delays outside our control.
- Risk passes to you on delivery to the address provided.
7) Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

Statutory right to cancel: For online orders, you may cancel within 14 days of receiving goods (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013).
- To cancel, follow our Returns Policy or email support@belantti.co.uk.
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, with proof of purchase. Return postage is at your cost unless faulty.

Hygiene exception: We cannot accept returns of opened/used beauty or grooming products unless faulty.
8) Faulty or Damaged Items
- If items arrive damaged, incorrect or faulty, contact us within 48 hours with order number and photos.
- Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 apply (repair, replacement or refund).
9) Subscriptions & Pre-Orders

Subscriptions: If offered, we will state billing cycle, price, and cancellation options before renewal.

Pre-orders: Ship dates are estimates; we may amend due to supply issues. Refunds available before dispatch.
10) Promotions, Gift Cards & Credits
- Promo codes are single-use unless stated, non-transferable, and not combinable with other offers.
- Gift cards/store credits are redeemable only at Belantti and not for cash unless required by law.
11) Reviews & User Content
- By posting reviews, photos or comments, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to use that content.
- We may remove unlawful, offensive or infringing content at our discretion.
12) Intellectual Property
All site content, branding and imagery are owned by us or our licensors and protected by law. You may not copy or use them without consent.
13) Prohibited Use
Do not misuse our services (e.g. hacking, scraping, introducing malware, abusive behaviour). Products may not be purchased for resale without consent.
14) Liability & Disclaimers
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or injury caused by negligence or fraud. Otherwise, to the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the purchase price of the affected product(s).
15) Events Outside Our Control
We are not liable for delays due to events beyond our control (e.g. strikes, courier failures, natural disasters, pandemics). We will resume services as soon as reasonably possible.
16) Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and the courts of England & Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
17) Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in law, operations or technology. Updates apply from the posted “Last Updated” date.
