Returns & Exchanges Policy

This Returns & Exchanges Policy applies to purchases made directly from Belantti Group and our sub-brands SERRATED and NOVAÉ. It sets out your statutory rights and our process for cancellations, returns, exchanges and refunds.

1) Statutory Right to Cancel

  • For online orders, you have the right to cancel within 30 days of receiving your goods.
  • If you wish to cancel, notify us in writing (email or letter) within this period.
  • You then have a further 14 days to return the goods.

2) Returns Conditions

  • Items must be returned unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
  • Include proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).
  • Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is faulty, incorrect, or misdescribed.

3) Hygiene Exceptions

  • We cannot accept returns of opened or used beauty, skincare, grooming, or personal care products for hygiene reasons, unless faulty.
  • Tools (e.g. combs, razors, rollers) must be unused and sealed.

4) Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Please provide your order number and photos of the product/packaging.
  • Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 apply (repair, replacement or refund).

5) Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
  • If the replacement item costs more, you will need to pay the difference before dispatch.
  • If it costs less, we will refund the difference to your original payment method.

6) Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 working days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
  • Original delivery charges are refundable only if the entire order is cancelled within 30 days or if the item was faulty/incorrect.
  • We do not refund upgrade shipping fees (e.g. Express Delivery) unless required by law.

7) Gifts & Promotional Items

  • If you return an item purchased with a free gift, the gift must also be returned unused and unopened.
  • If not returned, we reserve the right to deduct the value of the gift from your refund.
  • Discount codes and promotions apply only to qualifying items. If you return part of an order, refunds will reflect the adjusted discount.

8) How to Return

To arrange a return:

  • Email support@belantti.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
  • We will provide the correct return address and instructions.
  • We recommend using a tracked service. We are not responsible for items lost in transit without proof of delivery.

9) Marketplace Purchases

If you purchased via our official eBay store or another authorised marketplace, that platform’s returns rules also apply alongside this policy.
