Full Returns & Refund Policy
1. Overview
This Returns & Refund Policy applies to all orders placed via belantti.co.uk — including products sold under our brands Belantti and SERRATED, as well as approved partner and third-party brands.
Belantti Group Ltd complies with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Where we act as the authorised retailer or marketplace facilitator, we ensure refunds and replacements are handled in line with these regulations.
2. Returns Window
Under UK law, customers may cancel certain online orders within 14 days of delivery. As a goodwill extension, Belantti offers a 30-Day Returns Period on eligible items, starting from the date the order is delivered.
3. Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for a change-of-mind return, all of the following must apply:
- Items are unused, unopened and in original, undamaged packaging.
- Safety seals, tamper-evident stickers and hygiene wraps are intact.
- Items are in resaleable condition.
- You can provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or order number).
Hygiene & Safety:
- Opened or used skincare, cosmetics, grooming tools and personal-care items cannot be returned unless faulty.
- For safety reasons, we cannot accept products that show signs of use, contamination or damage caused by the customer.
Some partner-brand items may include brand-specific return conditions. These will be highlighted on the product page or in your order confirmation.
4. How to Return an Item
- Email support@belantti.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
- We will confirm whether your item is fulfilled by Belantti or a partner warehouse.
- You will receive the correct return address and any brand-specific instructions.
- Pack the items securely and send them via a tracked postal service, retaining proof of postage.
For change-of-mind returns, return postage costs are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Partner & Third-Party Brand Returns
Some items listed on Belantti.co.uk are fulfilled by independent yet approved partner brands. While Belantti manages all customer service, the physical return may go directly to the partner’s UK warehouse.
Once the partner confirms receipt and inspection, Belantti will process your refund via your original payment method (Shopify Payments, PayPal, Klarna, Clearpay, etc.). You will always be notified by email once the refund has been issued.
6. Refunds
- Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 working days of receipt and inspection.
- Refunds are only issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
- Original delivery charges are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns, unless the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied.
- For Klarna or Clearpay orders, your instalment plan will update automatically once the refund is processed.
7. Exchanges
Where stock allows, we may offer like-for-like exchanges for the same product or shade/variant. If the requested item is unavailable, a refund will be processed instead. In some cases, placing a new order may be the fastest option.
8. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Once reviewed, we will usually offer a replacement, store credit or full refund. Where relevant, we may coordinate with our fulfilment partners to investigate and prevent repeat issues.
9. Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used skincare, cosmetics, grooming tools or beauty devices (unless faulty).
- Personalised, engraved or made-to-order items.
- Digital gift cards or downloadable products.
